Then and now….there is around 4 years difference between these pics and a heck of a lot has changed in me… back then I had all pictures taken from above, hid my tummy, fake smiled and would cry over “bad” pictures. I found it hard to dress myself and be confident. I wore dark colours and was unsure of my shape. Sweating in cardigans on nights out because god forbid my arm jiggle… but since then I have changed so much. I will rock a colour, clingu clothes or headpiece. Im confident, I embrace my shape and every jiggle. I wear what I want, not what my shape determines. Im so much happier in myself. I have to thank all you ladies I follow. You know who you are!! Seeing my type of body represented taught me to love myself and care for myself. This isnt as basic as fashion and it is why we need varied representation in media!! #effyourbeautystandards #fatshion
